The client group consists of a variety of people, but one thing is common: everyone wants to work towards a goal. Also, the goals of the clients are very diverse, from weight loss to getting a tighter body and from resolving physical complaints to a sporting achievement like finishing the marathon of New York. We only work with motivated clients, but do not let that scare you off. Most of the new clients have not worked out in over a decade and currently lead unhealthy lives.
